Helping Students in Need

• Provide fast, no-red-tape microgrants (car repair, medical, food) so students stay enrolled and focused.
• Prevent stop-outs—small dollars that often “save a semester.”
• Turn moments of crisis into persistence and graduation.

Transforming Practice

• Send students to present posters/papers and serve on committees/boards that shape the field and their professional identity.
• Underwrite critical student and faculty travel to local, regional, and national meetings to present research, lead advocacy, and bring new skills back to ISU.
• Seed practice-innovation projects that demonstrate patient impact and normalize progressive pharmacist services.

Expanding Influence

• Put ISU students and faculty on stages and in boardrooms—presenting research, advocating for the profession, and serving in elected roles.
• Amplify ISU’s voice in pharmacy practice reform and PBM reform with a credible presence at key policy tables.
• Grow an alumni network that mentors students and opens doors for residencies, fellowships, and careers.
